1 Peter 5:10-11

And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you. To him be the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

  1. Philippian 4:4(G) Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5Let your reasonableness be known to everyone.(H) The Lord is at hand; 6(I) do not be anxious about anything,(J) but in everything by prayer and supplication(K) with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7And(L) the peace of God,(M) which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Sarah, I reminded today of the above verses but especially in verse 5- "The Lord is at hand" and verse 7- "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus"
What a joy to know that God is near and not because of our own ability to keep Him near but because of His love that saved us and lives in us.

    Love you, Mom

P.S. Thanks for writing your blog. I read it often but I don't usually comment. I should slow down and write more.
